DESCRIPTION

winret determine geostrophic winds for 'good' soundings in retrieval file, by least-squares objective analysis of height fields. 

Input file:       TOVRET?.DAT
Output files:     TOVRET?.DAT
                  WINRET.LIS

The question mark (?) should be replaced with the response to the ENTER FILE LETTER parameter.
