SYNOPSIS

ingtov

Parameters are: DO-HIRS, HIRS_DEBUG_PRINT_FLAG, MSU_DEBUG_PRINT_FLAG.

DESCRIPTION

ingtov produces calibrated and earth-located HIRS/MSU data

Input  file:      TOVSTIPO.DAT
Output file:      TOVSINGO.DAT

PARAMETERS

The recommended parameter responses are shown in the example.

NOTE: Even though the questions given in the example imply that they have default values, they DO NOT! Each value must be entered.
