Parameters are LETTER, SEARCH_RADIUS, MAXIMUM_SAMPLE, MINIMUM_SAMPLE, FILTER_PARAMETER, ISOLATED_SOUNDINGS_FLAG

DESCRIPTION

filret eliminate soundings of questionable reliability by objective analysis of differences between infrared and microwave retrievals for the same location, and of variability in 1000-500mb thickness and longwave-window vs. surface temperature.
